Estimates & Repair Scope

Any website description, phone discussion or initial form submission is preliminary. A repair estimate depends on the vehicle, visible damage, hidden damage, required repair procedures, labor operations, parts, materials and other job-specific factors.

Any repair-time estimate is an estimate only. Timing can be affected by parts availability, hidden damage, supplements, insurer response time, manufacturer procedures, sublet operations, weather, workload and other factors outside the shop's control.

Payment

Amounts due for a repair, including deductibles, customer-pay work, non-covered items or other charges, are determined by the vehicle-specific repair documents and applicable payment arrangements. Website content does not modify those obligations.

Workmanship Warranty

Carson Auto Body states that its workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the repair for as long as the same customer owns the vehicle.

Exact warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, parts warranties, paint or material warranties and eligibility are governed by the warranty terms communicated for the repair. Normal wear, unrelated damage, abuse, corrosion, manufacturer defects and items outside the shop's workmanship may not be covered.
